Muscovite Mica Powder

Muscovite mica has the pearlescent feature and has good properties of heat-resistance, chemical-resistance, elasticity and toughness.

Dry ground muscovite powder has full properties of natural muscovite and is extremely cost effective. As functional filler, it’s widely used in building materials, plastics, coatings, brake shoes, welding rods, etc.

Wet ground muscovite powder has higher aspect ratio and exceptional brightness and purity. It’s mainly used in high-end coatings, paints, resins, and as raw material for pearl pigment.

Synthetic Mica Powder/Scrap

Compared to natural mica, synthetic mica has higher purity and whiteness. It doesn’t contain heavy metals and has higher heat-resistance (up to 1200°C) and electrical insulation properties. Synthetic mica powder is used as filler in cosmetics, high-end coatings and plastics. Synthetic mica scrap is used for production of mica board and fireproof mica tape.
